I was crossing over a large group of people. I didn’t have time to talk to each and everyone, so I just said if anyone has any questions….I would try to answer them for you.
I saw this woman in line that looked a bit confused, I called her over.
She appeared be from the 30-40’s. She had on a cute hat, tweet suit with jacket and matching skirt. Hat off to one side with a band, clutch, nice shoes. She’s in black and white (like an old movie). She seems confused. Her name is Lois.
I’m not sure if I’m supposed to be here. I don’t know if it’s right that I go into The Light.
Why? Your not being very clear…..why do feel you shouldn’t go into The Light?
I don’t know if forgiveness should be given to me.
Hum…So you think that if you go into The Light mean’s your forgiven?
Yes.
Hum….That’s not my understanding…
(She’s surprised) What do you mean?
Well, I think that the journey of going into The Light is… Instead of feeling guilty for what you have done or mad at yourself for what you have done. I feel that going into The Light, is your (showing your) greatest courage for you are going to go look at what you did. Not that somebody else is going to judge you, you have been judging yourself all along anyhow.
Your going to be able to look at it from a perspective that will help you to the understanding of the learning of it rather then staying in the guilt of it.
That’s what’s important for us to do. Feeling guilty, shameful and regretful is just self punishment. That’s just not another way of not really looking at it.
By going into The Light you are making a statement that your done NOT LOOKING AT IT. Going into The Light is saying I’m ready to look at it. I’m ready to deal with it, I’m ready to look at the lessons of it, I’m ready to get past the emotion of it. (guilt, shame and regret)
And that’s what will help you. In The Light, it will help you to get past the emotion that is around that experience of what you did or what you perceive you did so you can really learn from your actions.
It’s not avoiding, its great courage to go in there, but it won’t be what it has been out here. It will no longer be condemnation, will not be judgement, it will not be beating yourself up anymore.
So what ever you did, and I don’t need to know what you did, only you have to know what you did. But when you walk In The Light, there will be people there to help you through this process, your not alone anymore.
You have been alone out here, you staying here, in a world you’re not suppose to be in anymore, you died, you need to move on, at this junction you have been here a long time – you look to be from the 30’s or 40’s .. you’ve been here a long time, it’s 2011 (she’s shocked by that) Yes, you have been mucking around in this a long time.
Are you now ready to have the courage to go in, look at it, get the lessons from it, and release it. You are being held prisoner here from your own devises by not going into The Light.
But you know something?.. The bi-product of going into The Light is, you will find forgiveness in there, but you will find it from yourself, not someone else forgiving you, but from yourself. And that’s the hardest thing, you haven’t been able to forgive yourself in all these years , that is why you have been stuck here.
Thank you for explaining that, I wish I had known that a long time ago.
I’m sorry, I wish you had known that a long time ago too. Are you ready to go in?
I’m ready.
Cut in line right there – it’s fine. You are being very courageous Lois.
Thank you.
I saw her grab the hand of the person in front of The Light and the hand of the person behind her. How nice, I love that. (them helping each other)
